Haybridge Alliance SCITT - Online information event

17 June 2020 at 10:00 - 11:00 in Online at the Online

Event information:

Haybridge Alliance SCITT's train to teach information events provide you with the opportunity to find out more about the routes into teaching, ask questions to our SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) staff, discover more about bursaries and learn more about our teaching programme.

Based at Haybridge High School and Sixth Form (an Ofsted rated Outstanding school), we offer a range of part time and full time Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programmes in both primary and secondary courses.

Our Initial Teacher Training programme provides the experience of training within a school placement from the start of September, together with high quality core and subject training delivered by expert practitioners. Trainees on our programme will gain Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), alongside Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

With our trainees, we offer a personal approach and treat each trainee as an individual, identifying their needs to ensure that they achieve an excellent outcome.

We work with many schools across the West Midlands to provide a variety of local school placements.

School Centred Initial Teacher Training is effective, challenging and rewarding.

From September 2020, we will be hosting the BA Honours primary and early years education with Qualified Teacher Status (school based) three year undergraduate programme.
