Find out how we can empower you to inspire the next generation at our open day.

This event is open to anyone interested in undergraduate or postgraduate teacher training either at primary, secondary or post-compulsory level.

Our undergraduate courses include our recent addition of undergraduate secondary teaching courses, which are available in computing, biology or physical education.

If you're looking for a postgraduate teaching qualification you can learn about the range of PGCE courses we offer to train to teach at a variety of levels – primary, secondary and post-compulsory education and training.

Not only that, you can:

  •  meet our friendly, expert staff who will be on hand with information, advice and support.
  •  take a tour of some of our new facilities, including primary and secondary science labs, dedicated design and technology workshops and a suite of music rooms.
  •  talk to other students from our school of education and social work to get their insight into life at BCU.
