Do you have the skills, commitment and passion to become an outstanding teacher?

School Direct is a one-year full-time route into teaching leading to the award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) that offers you the opportunity to learn from the very best school based professionals in partnership with York St. John’s University.

We have places at excellent primary schools throughout Calderdale and Kirklees available for the year beginning September 2017.

If you have a degree, or are studying for a degree qualification, and are passionate about providing the best possible education and life chances for primary children please come along to our informal information event to find out more.
