Event information

Find out more about our school based primary and secondary teacher training placements in our partnership of Lambeth, Croydon and Wandsworth primary and secondary schools. Our primary schools include Dunraven, Van Gogh, Goldfinch, St Andrew's Catholic, Corpus Christi, Rosendale, Sunnyhill and Julian's. Our secondary school placements are at Dunraven, St Mary's Catholic High School and The Elm Green School.

Over the last decade nearly 200 people have joined us on one of our school based training programmes and gone on to successful employment, a number now in middle or senior leadership roles in local schools. We give our trainees the opportunity to experience being immersed in school life, with the right balance of challenge and support, so that they are able to both survive and thrive as developing professionals. Our programmes lead to a Postgraduate Certificate in Education with our training provider, the University of Roehampton, and Qualified Teacher Status.

At this event you will be given information about the skills, characteristics and experience applicants need to demonstrate when they apply, how to prepare for the application process and details of what the training involves. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about training with us.
