Event information

Quotes from those who have attended this West London Teacher Training Alliance event:
  • "That's the first time I have ever really understood it all - brilliant!"
  • "It was enjoyable and clarifying. After weeks of looking into teaching, I can finally see the whole wood as well as the trees"
We are hoping to meet candidates who are considering applying to the West London Teacher Training Alliance but we also provide information to help you look at other alternatives.

The presentation analyses the key differences between various routes into teaching; the significance of the different qualifications; financial considerations for both salaried and unsalaried programmes (including our extra financial support for primary); how to navigate the entry requirements swiftly, and how to make a successful application and what to expect at interviews. You will be sent a copy of the presentation.

Our website lists all WLTTA training vacancies across our 65 schools along with a location map. We can explain these and clarify exactly what stage each vacancy is at. We enable you to select the specific school at application but we also explain how our schools collaboratively work together to identify good applicants and find them a place.
