Teach First: Crawley - Phone appointment for career changers and young professionals
6 December 2019 at 15:00 - 17:30 in Crawley at the Phone appointment
This phone call is aimed specifically at young professionals and career changers in the South East South coast of England. It will enable you to find out more about the charity, the structure and benefits of our route into teaching, in an informal manner.
Our world-class programme offers:
- school-based and salaried programme: earn a salary from your first day in September and throughout your training, including school holidays
- no fees to pay: fully-funded PGDE: unlike some other routes, you pay no fees for your training and receive a salary
- three points of professional support: support from a subject expert, an in-school mentor and a Teach First mentor, plus the Teach First community
- training twice-rated outstanding by Ofsted: 99% of our trainees get a grade 1 or 2 QTS ranking
We have early years, primary and secondary places across England and Wales for our 2020 intake.
In the South East South coast we are currently recruiting in the following areas:
Ashford, Dover and Folkestone; Hastings; Eastbourne and Brighton; Medway and Gravesham; Swale; Thanet; Portland/Weymouth; Bournemouth and Poole; Isle of Wight; Portsmouth; Southampton; Crawley.
Please note there are eligibility criteria you will need to meet in order to gain a place on our programme. We strongly advise you check the teaching requirements on our website before you sign up to attend this event.
