  • find out about our training programme, comprising in-school sessions delivered by expert practitioners, university-led academic input from our training provider University of Roehampton, leading to PGCE with QTS and 60 credits towards a Masters programme, alongside practical classroom experience and bespoke support from expert mentors and experienced university tutors.

Our trainees report high levels of satisfaction with bespoke, wrap-around care from expert mentors in school, visiting university tutors and academic tutors at university. In one of our schools more than half of the staff have been trained through our School Direct training programme and some former trainees are now taking on positions of responsibility, you will find training with us a rewarding experience, offering the right balance of challenge and support individually tailored to your needs, giving you the opportunity to become an outstanding teacher.
