Bradford Birth to 19 SCITT - train to teach information event

21 May 2019 at 16:30 - 17:30 in Bradford at the Lapage Primary School

Event information:

Come along to our information event to out find how you can train with us to be an inspirational primary or secondary school teacher in Bradford.

In partnership with some of Bradford best schools and most inspirational teachers, we work with Bradford's future teachers in an entirely school-based and school-designed training programme. We deliver a bespoke training package which will make the most of your knowledge and skills.

Our schools are committed to providing the highest standard of education for young people in the Bradford District. We are keen to recruit trainee teachers who share the same commitment and a real passion for working with children. We provide training of the highest quality, delivered by inspiring practitioners in a diverse and stimulating range of schools and settings.

The information event will be an opportunity to talk to staff about how to apply, teachers from partner schools about in-school placements, listen to presentations about the course we offer and hear about job prospects.

The event offers a great opportunity to get all your questions about teaching and teacher training answered.

If you attend you'll be able to:

  • discuss the different teacher training options available, to help you decide which would best suit you
  • receive advice on submitting a successful UCAS application
  • find out about bursaries, scholarships and funding available for teacher training

We look forward to meeting you.
