Event information:

This call is aimed specifically at STEM career changers, young professionals and recent graduates based in the South East of England and will enable you to find out more about Teach First, the structure and benefits of our programme, and what makes a really strong application. You'll also be able to get your questions answered by a dedicated member of the recruitment team, so that you feel as confident as possible in submitting your online application.

Our world-class programme:

  • no more debt, no course fees - salaried teacher training route from September 2019
  • qualify with a fully funded internationally recognised Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Leadership (PGDE) - worth double the credits of a PGCE
  • train on the job for the full two years leading to your Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in your first year and Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) induction in the second year of the programme
  • three dedicated support links – professional mentor (school), academic tutor (university) and one-to-one coaching (Teach First)

Applications to train to teach with us this year will be closing within four weeks. Several subjects have closed in South East South Coast region, as well as across England.
