An introduction evening to Teach First for young professionals and career changers

13 February 2019 at 18:30 to 13 February 2019 at 20:00 in London at the Teach First

Event info:

This event is aimed specifically at young professionals and career changers in London and South East, who would like to explore Teach First and our programme. It will enable you to find out more about the charity, the structure and benefits of our route into teaching - all in an informal manner. You'll also be able to get your questions answered by a dedicated members of the recruitment team and an individual who changed careers with Teach First, over light refreshments.

The programme offers a full salary from your first day in the classroom, a fully-funded PGDE teaching qualification (worth double the credits of a standard PGCE), and outstanding training and development opportunities to help you progress rapidly in your career thereafter. All of this whilst helping students from lower income backgrounds gain access to a great education. We have secondary, primary and early years places available across London and England.

The Teach First Leadership Development Programme is now open for applications for our 2019 cohort. This is the perfect time of year to begin your application for teacher training. Applying early will allow you to take advantage of full subject and location availability. Lock in your place early, so you can be best prepared to start the programme this year.
