King James’ School is the Lead School of the Manchester Nexus SCITT – Huddersfield Hub.  We have vast experience at delivering high quality school-led teacher training and we would like to invite you to find out more about what we do.

This teacher taster dfay will give you a genuine insight into a career in secondary teaching. You will also get to hear about the various pathways into teaching.

At this event you will:

  • observe lessons in your potential subject area
  • meet current trainees and get to ask them questions
  • find out about how to apply
  • discover more about the interview process and pick up hints and tips
