Teach First changing career coffee appointments
27 October 2016 at 09:00 to 27 October 2016 at 11:00 in Bristol at the Costa Coffee
For anyone considering joining the Teach First Leadership Development Programme (LDP) from another career, we are holding coffee sessions with a member of our experienced hires recruitment team so you can get all your questions answered.
The LDP is a salaried two-year programme encompassing supportive coaching and global best practice in leadership development and teacher training. You'll retrain as a teacher in one of our partner schools and, whether or not you decide to remain in the classroom, the experience and skills you'll gain will change your life, and the lives of your pupils.
More than a quarter of our 2016 cohort are people who came from other careers. We believe their wider experience of life and work makes a vital contribution to our drive to end educational inequality, create greater inclusion in education, and raise standards in the classroom.
To be eligible for the programme we ask for a 2:1 degree and 300 UCAS points (BBB or ABC for instance).
Applications for 2017 are open, so book a timeslot with your Experienced Hire Recruiter and find out how we can support you in your application and transition into the classroom. Tea and coffee will be provided.
