Waverley School – supporting returner teachers open evening

17 March 2016 at 17:30 to 17 March 2016 at 18:45 in Birmingham at the Waverley School

Event info:

Waverley School is working with a number of other secondary schools in central Birmingham on the new ‘supporting returning teachers’ programme. The programme is targeted at qualified secondary school teachers in EBacc* subjects, who are working in other professions or who are not currently employed by a school.

Customised support, funded by the NCTL, prepares colleagues who are thinking about returning to the profession by updating subject knowledge, providing access to classroom experience and offering interview practice.

If you have qualified teacher status, and are thinking about returning to teaching, come along to our open evening to find out more. To book a place, please contact Chris Pegg by email or 0121 566 6600 (ext. 31062). We look forward to seeing you there!

*Our programme focuses on teachers of biology, chemistry, physics, English, mathematics and modern languages.
