Trainee Teacher Taster Day with Mid Somerset Consortium

Event info:

Candidates are placed in a partner school for the morning with a current trainee. There will be an opportunity to observe qualified teachers and discuss the training with the trainee.

In the afternoon you will travel to our training centre (Crispin School) and attend our professional training session led by a current practionioner who is an expert in their field.

Please note: transportation is not included

After the training session you will have the opportunity to talk to other trainees on the programme and meet with the Partnership Manger, Sarah Lewis and ask any questions about our programmes and teacher training.

We welcome applicants from prospective secondary school age range candidates (11-18 years). Subjects offered are: Art & Design, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Drama, DT, English, Geography, History, Maths, MFL, Music, PE and Physics.
