The Earls High School – Train to teach in the Black Country
23 February 2016 at 17:00 to 23 February 2016 at 19:00 in Dudley at the The Earls High School
We are on the lookout for dynamic, creative and dedicated trainee teachers in Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton – as well as our neighbour Birmingham.
There’s some great work in education happening in these regions and we need new teachers to continue the journey to excellence. Perhaps you will soon graduate or perhaps you’re thinking about a career change. Whatever your background, if you’re passionate about education and want to be the best teacher you can be, then we’d love to meet you at our information evening.
At this event you’ll have the opportunity to meet headteachers, staff and trainees from some of the best schools in the country. Training to teach via School Direct gives you the best of both worlds. You’ll get practical, hands-on, school-based training and close working with outstanding school practitioners, as well as the award of your QTS and/or postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) from our university partners who make sure you have a sound grounding in educational theory, philosophy and policy. Some schools have even gained the right to award their own PGCE as well as credits towards a Master’s.
If you would like to attend this event, please email us. We look forward to meeting you.
