Our free open mornings are designed to provide you with a wealth of information on pursuing a career in teaching and how to apply for programmes with The Cherwell OTSA SCITT.

Come and find out more about life as a teacher and the training routes open to you.

At this event you will be able to:

  • speak to current teachers about life in the classroom
  • hear from current and graduate trainees about how our programmes have prepared them for a teaching career
  • find out about the programmes we are offering for September 2016
  • learn about the finances, bursaries, salaries and scholarships open to you
  • receive individual application advice

We offer a range of School Direct teacher training programmes – both salaried and non-salaried – in primary, secondary and special education. All include the option of a PGCE alongside QTS.

The Cherwell OTSA SCITT is based at The Cherwell School and includes partner schools from across Oxfordshire in the Oxfordshire Teacher Training partnership.
