Teach First presentation
1 March 2016 at 18:00 to 1 March 2016 at 19:30 in Manchester at the Manchester Central Library
Come along to an exclusive presentation for anyone considering changing career to join Teach First’s Leadership Development Programme (LDP), a two-year programme combining teacher training, a fully-funded PGCE and one-to-one leadership coaching.
In the UK today the link between low family income and poor educational attainment is greater than in almost any other developed country. Teach First’s LDP places talented and inspiring people like you in classrooms where you are needed the most, to help end this injustice.
In this presentation you will hear first-hand accounts of what teaching in a Teach First school is like, get details on how to apply for the LDP, and find out how a member of our dedicated experienced hires team will support you through your transition into the classroom.
Refreshments will be available afterwards, with the opportunity to speak to members of the experienced hires recruitment team and to individuals who changed career to complete the LDP.
