Find out more about our school-centred initial teacher training programme at Buile Hill Visual Arts College. 

Buile Hill aims to provide outstanding training opportunities for trainees in a range of secondary subjects. We mentor and coach trainees effectively, guiding their development towards becoming outstanding teachers, experts in their specialist subject. 

We aim to develop the future generation of outstanding teachers who will go on to provide an exceptional level of education to learners, both in and out of Salford. We ensure all trainees make outstanding progress towards meeting all of the Teachers’ Standards and achieving QTS.

There are many opportunities to train to teach with us – subjects include:
